Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are available in denominations of £10, £25 or £50. These provide an ideal gift for any occasion. The vouchers are valid for six months and can be exchanged for any product in our collection.

Delivery Times

For items that are in stock, despatch will be immediate upon full receipt of payment.  If an item has to be made, please allow 28 days from the date of order.

All orders are subject to postage and packaging charges.

Refund Policy

All jewellery is subject to a 7 day returns policy by Fluidity Design. Jewellery is to be returned at the customer's expense and the items must be complete, unworn and still in their original packaging. If jewellery is returned within 7 days, a credit note or full refund will be offered. All Refunds are exclusive of P&P costs.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned pierced earrings, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.



Natalie Holt – Fluidity Design reserves the right to inspect all returned jewellery and credit will not be offered if any of the following apply:
 The jewellery has been worn, is marked, scratched or damaged in any way.

Bespoke or commissioned pieces are not subject to the returns policy, although repairs or refunds will be made in the event of a clear manufacturing fault.

Background Information

Natalie originally came from a Fine Art  background, as a result her work is very sculptural. She then completed a Graphic Design degree specialising in model making and 3D animation. After working as a Graphic Designer for some time she became disillusioned and felt the need to be more creative, so she studied Jewellery at Manchester City College and the School of Jewellery in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. After experimenting with various jewellery making techniques such as carving, twisting, planishing and reticulation she set up a workshop. She has since built up a comprehensive body of work and stocks numerous shops and galleries. She also participates in many exhibitions across the country.
